Due to the custom nature of all items, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. All shipped items will be with insured tracking for this purpose.

If an order is returned to us due to a bad address, we will attempt to contact you once to confirm the correct address. You will have up to five business days to respond with that correct address otherwise we will assume that you no longer want your purchase.
